If you wish to cancel your subscription for any of our services, please note the following:
- You must complete the Cancellation Form (see below). Cancellation requests via email will not be processed.
- Cancellations can take up two weeks to process.
- If any refund is due, this will be refunded back to the same bank card used for the subscription. This can take between 5-10 working days.
