This workshop is designed to support young Muslim girls as they enter the next stage of their lives. The session will take place in a safe, respectful and supportive environment, encouraging girls to learn, ask questions, and feel confident about their journey into adulthood.
Topics will include:
• Understanding periods and the related Islamic rulings
• Building a consistent prayer routine
• Strengthening Islamic identity and confidence
• Managing emotions and developing emotional resilience
• Navigating changes in the body and mind
• Becoming a strong, grounded Muslimah
